Cocktailian Terms of Use

These terms are the rules for using Cocktailian. By tapping "I agree", you accept them. If you don't agree, you can still use Cocktailian on your own, but you can't share a bar or a recipe with anyone.

Who can use Cocktailian

• You must be 21 or older.
• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.

What you share

Some things you make in Cocktailian are seen by other people: your name in a shared bar, a bar's name, and a recipe you share with a bar. You're responsible for what you share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Cocktailian has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't share anything that:

• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or bullying;
• is sexual, violent, or obscene;
• encourages drinking too much, drinking under 21, or drinking and driving;
• is spam, a scam, or pretends to be someone else;
• breaks the law or someone else's rights, like copying a recipe book word for word.

Reporting and blocking

• Report a shared recipe, or the person who shared it, from the recipe's page. Report anyone in a bar with you from the bar's People list. We look at every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these terms, we remove it, and we can close the account that shared it.
• Block a person to stop seeing their recipes. They can't join a bar through you, and you can't join one through them.
• A bar's owner can remove anyone from that bar at any time.

Your account

• You can delete your account in the app at any time (Account, then Delete account). Deleting it removes your account, your recipes, and your name from every bar. A bar you own passes to someone still in it, or is deleted if no one else is.
• We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Drinking

Cocktailian is a recipe app for adults. Drink responsibly, and never drink and drive. Check every ingredient for allergies before you make a drink.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll ask you to agree again before you next share anything.
